Sangiovese and other typical grapes authorized by production policy document

Nose:
Spicy and rich with long finish.

Palate:
Dry and well balanced.

Technical notes:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with skin contact maceration for 25 days. Aging in oak barrels for 8 months.
