Blend:
Sangiovese, Syrah

Nose:
Pink grapefruit notes with hints of rose and raspberry.

Palate:
Pleasant acidity with scents of red fruits (currant and blueberry)

Technical notes:
Produced with the bleeding technique and cold decanting. Temperature controlled fermentation.
